Trash Talk Trivia

WHAT IS IT?

This 21+ fundraising event will bring together Wasatch Front recycling enthusiasts for an evening to talk all things waste-based and test your Reduce, Reuse, Recycle knowledge. Donations made to Trash Talk Trivia Night will support URA Fix-It Clinics, Collection of Hard to Recycle Materials, and statewide Zero Waste education.

TRASH TALK BASICS

Step 1: Register online here and make a personal donation to support URA’s programs.

Step 2: Recruit teammates to form a team of 3-5. Remember we’ll be quizzing you on all things waste-related, including recycling, reuse & repair, fast fashion, food waste, and lots more.

Step 3: Set a personal and/or team fundraising goal and start fundraising! Need help fundraising? Don’t worry, we’ve got you! Learn how to set up a personal facebook fundraiser for the URA here and check out these tips for fundraising inpiration offline!

Please note that we require teams to raise at least $20 per person to be eligible to win top trivia score prizes. Stay tuned for exciting prize announcements based on your fundraising totals! And remember, everything you raise will be used to support URA’s work to promote reuse, recycling, and resource conservation in Utah.

Step 4. Join URA on February 6th to test your knowledge as you compete for prizes and trash talk bragging rights in 5 waste themed rounds of trivia.
